
Hey everyone I just wanted to let you know I am doing a 2 week detox. For those who do not know a detox is when you only eat certain foods to help get rid of toxins from your body. It makes your feel better and your skin clears up. Here is what I am eating:
-a HUGE bottle of Evian water at school
-lots of fruits and vegtables (I try to eat every color of the rainbow in fruits and vegtables so I can get plenty of vitamins)
-plain brown rice
I know it does not sound like a lot but I have not been hundny yet on my detox. So far it has been going very well. More updates to come.
Ehhh. I don't know if I would do this. It doesn't seem that healthy. Plus the minute you get off the "detox" and start eating like normal again you'll regain all the weight you lost. If you're interested in losing weight maybe you should talk to a nutritionist.
ReplyDeleteI'm no interested in loosin weightI'm doin t t get rid of the toxins in my body. My nutritionist actually reccoendedit to me as a good detox.
